What this means for you the customer is if the tour operator happens to go out of business - simply, you are covered when booking with us. We are situated in Sydney Australia with a shop front with trained local staff, and not from somewhere else in the world on the computer!. So even if our competitors have a cheaper quote you are taking a gamble if your hard earn money is not covered, and in any case we may still be able to better any quote.
